Yeni y\u00f6netmelik; motosiklet s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerinin hangi \u015feritleri, hangi \u015fartlarda kullanabilece\u011fini a\u00e7\u0131k \u015fekilde tan\u0131ml\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"709\" data-end=\"763\">Motosikletle Emniyet \u015eeridi Kullanmak Ne Anlama Geliyor ve Kapsam\u0131 Nedir?<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"711\" data-end=\"1006\">Trafikte zaman kazanmak amac\u0131yla s\u0131kl\u0131kla tercih edilen <strong data-start=\"767\" data-end=\"808\">motosikletle emniyet \u015feridi kullan\u0131m\u0131<\/strong>, asl\u0131nda yasal olarak belirli kurallara ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r. Emniyet \u015feridi; ambulans, itfaiye, polis gibi acil m\u00fcdahale ara\u00e7lar\u0131 i\u00e7in ayr\u0131lm\u0131\u015f \u00f6zel bir aland\u0131r ve genel olarak motosiklet ge\u00e7i\u015fine kapal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1008\" data-end=\"1386\">2025 y\u00f6netmeli\u011fiyle birlikte bu \u015feridin tan\u0131m\u0131 netle\u015ftirildi ve \u015fehir i\u00e7i baz\u0131 b\u00f6lgelerde motosikletlerin kontroll\u00fc ge\u00e7i\u015fine olanak tan\u0131yan <strong data-start=\"1152\" data-end=\"1179\">pilot uygulama alanlar\u0131<\/strong> olu\u015fturuldu. Bu alanlarda s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcler, belirli saatlerde ve uygun i\u015faretlemeler do\u011frultusunda emniyet \u015feridini yasal olarak kullanabilir. Ancak bu kullan\u0131m, sadece belirtilen kurallara uyuldu\u011funda ge\u00e7erlidir.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1506\" data-end=\"1577\">Motosikletle Emniyet \u015eeridi Kullanmak Hakk\u0131nda Karayollar\u0131 Trafik Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi\u2019nde Yap\u0131lan De\u011fi\u015fiklikler<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1579\" data-end=\"1742\">2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe giren de\u011fi\u015fikliklerle birlikte, <strong data-start=\"1634\" data-end=\"1675\">motosikletle emniyet \u015feridi kullanmak<\/strong> eylemine dair cezai uygulamalar da g\u00fcncellendi. Her ne kadar baz\u0131 s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcler bunu trafik yo\u011funlu\u011fundan ka\u00e7man\u0131n pratik yolu olarak g\u00f6rse de, emniyet \u015feridi h\u00e2l\u00e2 yaln\u0131zca acil m\u00fcdahale ara\u00e7lar\u0131 i\u00e7in tahsisli alanlar aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131yor. Bu nedenle motosiklet s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcs\u00fcne uygulanan yapt\u0131r\u0131mlar netle\u015ftirilmi\u015f durumda.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"654\" data-end=\"711\">2025 Motosiklet Emniyet \u015eeridi Ceza Miktarlar\u0131<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"713\" data-end=\"868\"><span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">2025 y\u0131l\u0131 itibar\u0131yla, emniyet \u015feridi ihlali cezas\u0131 9.268 TL olarak belirlenmi\u015ftir.<\/span> <span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">Bu ceza, trafik g\u00fcvenli\u011fini sa\u011flamak ve s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcleri cayd\u0131rmak amac\u0131yla art\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"713\" data-end=\"868\"><span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">Emniyet \u015feridi ihlali, s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcye 20 ceza puan\u0131 olarak yans\u0131t\u0131l\u0131r.<\/span> <span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">Bu puanlar, s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn ehliyetine i\u015flenir ve belirli bir puan limitine ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 durumunda ehliyete ge\u00e7ici olarak el konulabilir.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"189\" data-end=\"241\">Hangi \u015eartlarda S\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcye Ceza Uygulanmaz?<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"243\" data-end=\"955\">Motosikletle emniyet \u015feridi kullanmak, 2025 y\u00f6netmeli\u011fine g\u00f6re genel olarak yasakt\u0131r; ancak baz\u0131 istisnai durumlarda yasal kabul edilebilir. E\u011fer yol \u00fczerinde \u201c<strong>motosiklet emniyet koridoru<\/strong>\u201d olarak a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a belirtilmi\u015f bir i\u015faretleme varsa ya da trafik tamamen durmu\u015f durumdaysa ve polis g\u00f6zetiminde motosikletlerin ge\u00e7i\u015fine izin veriliyorsa, bu kullan\u0131mlar cezaya tabi tutulmaz. Benzer \u015fekilde, ambulans ya da itfaiye gibi acil durum ara\u00e7lar\u0131na yol a\u00e7mak amac\u0131yla k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli ve y\u00f6nlendirmeli olarak yap\u0131lan \u015ferit kullan\u0131mlar\u0131 da tolere edilebilir. Ancak bu \u00f6zel ko\u015fullar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, \u201cbo\u015ftu, ge\u00e7tim\u201d ya da \u201czaten motor k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck\u201d gibi bireysel gerek\u00e7eler 2025 y\u0131l\u0131nda art\u0131k kabul edilmemekte ve ceza uygulanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"1779\" data-end=\"1850\">Polis Kontrol\u00fcnde Motosiklet Ge\u00e7i\u015fi Nas\u0131l De\u011ferlendiriliyor?<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"260\" data-end=\"586\">Polis g\u00f6zetiminde ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen durumlarda, <strong data-start=\"302\" data-end=\"343\">motosikletle emniyet \u015feridi kullan\u0131m\u0131<\/strong> ceza al\u0131p almama a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan farkl\u0131 \u015fekilde de\u011ferlendirilebilir. Ancak 2025 Karayollar\u0131 Trafik Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi, bu al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yeniden tan\u0131mlayan net kurallar i\u00e7eriyor. Kurye s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerinin yasal s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131, olas\u0131 istisnalar\u0131 ve ge\u00e7ici ge\u00e7i\u015f izinlerini bilmesi, hem g\u00fcvenlik hem de ceza riskinden korunma a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"260\" data-end=\"740\">Kuryeler \u0130\u00e7in \u0130stisnalar Var m\u0131?<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"260\" data-end=\"740\"><span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">Motosiklet s\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fclerinin emniyet \u015feridini kullanmalar\u0131 genel olarak yasakt\u0131r.<\/span> Ancak, <span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">baz\u0131 istisnai durumlarda, \u00f6rne\u011fin trafik polisinin y\u00f6nlendirmesiyle veya acil durumlarda ge\u00e7ici olarak izin verilebilir.<\/span> <span class=\"relative -mx-px my-[-0.2rem] rounded px-px py-[0.2rem] transition-colors duration-100 ease-in-out\">Bu t\u00fcr durumlar d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, emniyet \u015feridinin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 halinde yukar\u0131da belirtilen cezalar uygulan\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"885\" data-end=\"1516\">Trafik S\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u015eerit De\u011fi\u015ftirme Hakk\u0131<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"885\" data-end=\"1516\">2025 Karayollar\u0131 Trafik Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi\u2019ne g\u00f6re, <strong>motosikletle emniyet \u015feridi kullanmak<\/strong> ancak ola\u011fan\u00fcst\u00fc hallerde, trafik polisinin do\u011frudan y\u00f6nlendirmesiyle m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilir. Trafik s\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131 tek ba\u015f\u0131na emniyet \u015feridi ge\u00e7i\u015fine gerek\u00e7e say\u0131lmaz. \u00d6zellikle metropol \u015fehirlerde yayg\u0131nla\u015fan bu al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131k, yasal olarak h\u00e2l\u00e2 bir ihlal say\u0131l\u0131yor. Yo\u011fun trafikte kuryelerin di\u011fer ara\u00e7lar\u0131n aras\u0131nda \u015ferit de\u011fi\u015ftirmesi ise, belirli bir h\u0131z s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 i\u00e7inde ve sinyal kullan\u0131m\u0131yla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 olmak \u00fczere tolere edilebiliyor. Ancak emniyet \u015feridine \u00e7\u0131k\u0131lmas\u0131 h\u00e2linde ceza ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz olabilir.<\/p>\n<h3 data-start=\"885\" data-end=\"1516\">Kurye S\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fcleri \u0130\u00e7in \u00d6zel Uygulama Denemeleri<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"885\" data-end=\"1516\">Baz\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehirlerde, motosikletli kuryelerin yo\u011fun saatlerde daha h\u0131zl\u0131 teslimat yapabilmesi i\u00e7in emniyet \u015feridi kullan\u0131m\u0131na dair pilot uygulamalar g\u00fcndeme geldi. Bu uygulamalar \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde, belirli saat aral\u0131klar\u0131nda ve polis denetiminde olmak kayd\u0131yla, kuryelere ge\u00e7ici ge\u00e7i\u015f hakk\u0131 tan\u0131nmas\u0131 de\u011ferlendiriliyor. Ancak bu uygulamalar h\u00e2l\u00e2 test a\u015famas\u0131nda ve T\u00fcrkiye genelinde ge\u00e7erli de\u011fil.
